The reservation and future purchase agreements can be signed electronically — in-person presence is required only for the final signature of the purchase contract.

This allows you to explore the project you plan to invest in in detail — even remotely.


Long-term service after purchase

In Bahrain, we are your long-term partner — our cooperation doesn’t end when you buy the property.
Once ownership is transferred, we provide complete after-sales management, including:

  • furnishing and interior setup,
  • finding suitable tenants,
  • rental management and tenant communication,
  • potential resale of the property in the future.

If you decide not to rent out the property and prefer to sell it before or after handover, we will help find a buyer.
