Property Purchase Process

Option: Off-Plan — Property Under Construction

This model is ideal for investors looking to benefit from lower entry prices and installment payment plans.

For selected projects, the installment schedule can be extended for several years after handover.

After choosing the project, a reservation agreement is signed and a reservation fee of 1,000 BHD (approx. 55,000 CZK) is paid, which is deducted from the purchase price.
If the client changes their mind, the fee is refunded.

Next, a future purchase agreement is signed with a payment plan — typically 10–15% of the purchase price every 6 months, depending on the specific project.

After construction is completed and the building is approved, the final purchase contract is signed and ownership is registered in the land registry (transfer fee is 1.7% of the purchase price).

Option: Resale — Completed or Partially Completed Property

When buying a completed property, the entire purchase price is paid, or an existing payment plan may be transferred if agreed with the developer.
This option allows for faster transfer of ownership and immediate rental income.
